Our mission is to provide premier high quality information technology products and services to both the Federal Government and Private Corporations.

Purple Heart Service Foundation. We provide the call center and contact center technology for this Combat Wounded Veterans Organization.

Veterans Corps of America: This agency is our GSA GWACS partner. We provide to them the services of the call center under contract.  Listed below are some of the agencies that Veteran Corps has provided with contract services.

General Services Administration: An independent agency of the US government that provides federal customers with the products, services, and programs to meet their supply, service, travel, transportation, and personal property needs.

Department of Homeland Security: A cabinet department of the federal government with the responsibility of protecting the territory of the United States from terrorist attacks and responding to natural disasters.

Transportation Safety Administration: Protects the nation's transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce.

Technical and administrative expertise necessary to provide the finest customer support, training, and database administration support in the industry.

A staff of skilled contact center operators who have a thorough knowledge of the very systems or products in question.

Monthly, weekly, or daily status reports including any information you need to be sure your customer service needs are being met the way you want them.

The Purple Heart Call Centerwill insure all of its personnel have undergone a background investigation. Your security concerns will be addressed on an individual basis. All employees working under your contract will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement certifying their commitment to ensuring sensitive data is not released.
