We pride ourselves on the hard work and determination of each of our employees. Our contracts are our “Mission’s”, and we know how to complete a mission. Each client is presented with a “Mission Specialist”, your company’s own primary contact during the course of the mission. This mission specialist has your company’s best interests in mind.

We have the technical and administrative expertise necessary to provide your company with the finest call center customer support, robust web services and state of the art database administration in the industry. All of our employees have undergone a 600-hour, 15-week, comprehensive training program to be accepted into our call center. We have a full time dedicated staff of skilled combat wounded and disabled veteran operators who have a thorough background and knowledge of web based predictive dialing call center systems and products.

We will provide to you a monthly, weekly, or daily status report, including the information you need to be assured your customer service needs are being met the way you expect. All of our dialing, inbound and outbound, is digitally recorded. All of our emails, chats and web correspondence are recorded too.

The Purple Heart Call Center insures its clients that all of its call center personnel have undergone a background investigation.  Your security concerns will be addressed on an individual basis. All employees working under your mission will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement certifying their commitment to ensuring sensitive data is never released.
